One star is to good for this place. They are the MOST DISRESPECTFUL smash salon ive always been to in my life. They were rude from the min I walked in. Showed them what I wanted washed and the first lady said "okay, pick colour" So left me standing there for 10 mins until another lady came up and told me again to option a color and I showed her the picture show....was finally told they couldn't exercise what I was request. So I picked a color and saturday down It TOOK HER twenty MINS TO DO MY NAILS!!!! Then she got an attitude and was rude because I asked her to make them thicker. By the time I left my nails were A DISASTER!!!!!!!!! at that place were GLOBS of acrylic all around my nails, paint j9ob was awful, wasn't the proper shape I chosen the next day and the REFUSED to exercise anything nigh it. IVE At present PAID $55 AND HAD TO COMPLETLY REDO MY Own NAILS. When I chosen the first tijme THE OWNER LIED and said he was out to lunch even though he was the one who picked up the phone. When I called dorsum an 60 minutes later he answered and was all off a sudden the possessor. Started YELLING AT ME ON THE Telephone AND HUNG UP ON MY TWICE! this place is the biggest joke ever I will NEVERRRRRR go here once more and I make certain everyone I know will never come here!!!!! They need close downwards. The don't deserve to run a business concern. They SUCK at nails and are horrible with people. Save YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Read Less

Not friendly, wouldnt allow me to sit in a chair past the person I took to get a pedicure upon her request. They told me" I had to sit over in that location." The salon was empty, so it wasnt a not having room consequence. The Piqua Mall has a better staff and is less expensive. I woulnt recommend this salon. The smell of chemicals is over powering, no air circulation at all. Read Less

The people were very prissy simply my nails are not. I got gel nails. They were non well done. The gentleman that works there did them. The smoothen is not supposed to touch the cuticles considering information technology causes lifting and it completely covered all the cuticles. At that place is also bubbling on one of the nails. And the simple design that I wanted was not well done. My female parent also went and got acrylic nails from one of the ladies and hers was very well done.Read Less
